- Leads one-on-one Bible-based mentorship for teenage girls

- Coordinates the student scholarship program for under-resourced families

- Teaches English in local public schools

- Helps lead short-term mission teams in Gospel outreach and evangelism

- As a trained medical assistant, she also helps meet local medical needs — providing blood pressure checks, medication support, clinic transportation, health education, and wound care

- Oversees the organic agriculture program, teaching sustainable farming methods

- Manages day-to-day operations of the property, animals, and crops

- Provides direct discipleship to our Blossom Creek team and employees

- Mentors and disciples boys and young men in the community

- Assists with administration and infrastructure projects
