Blossom Creek is a Christ-centered, all-organic coffee and agricultural ministry located in the mountains of Honduras. The ministry’s vision is to cultivate a deep and intimate love for Jesus through education, employment, and sustainability.
Through the production of organic coffee, herbs, plantains, beans, and more, Blossom Creek creates employment opportunities and provides practical training. But more importantly, it provides a daily platform to build relationships and share the Gospel — one cup of coffee at a time. All coffee and crop proceeds go directly back into the ministry to help sustain long-term Gospel work.

Born from an unexpected first date in the bee fields, Sweeter Than Honey is a ministry that uses beekeeping and honey sales as a platform to share the Gospel. Every bottle of honey sold is an opportunity to ask, "What’s sweeter than honey?" — and offer the answer found in Psalm 119:103: God’s Word.
This ministry funds charitable needs, provides meaningful employment, and opens the door for Gospel-centered conversations with every transaction. It is our prayer that this honey will nourish not just bodies, but also souls — pointing each person to the One who is truly sweeter than honey.
The Master's Workshop (El Taller del Maestro) is a discipleship-based welding ministry for teenage boys in our community. Each week, a small group of young men gathers to learn practical welding skills while engaging in Bible study, mentorship, and prayer.
The program is designed to equip them not just for future employment, but for a life of faith. Our hope is that these young men will grow into leaders who walk with integrity and follow the Lord wherever He leads.
